Well, since my car is back at the shop I work at with a blown clutch, i decided to put my springs on, i had ordered them to custom specs which i had designated, it didnt work, the seats didn t fit, the front was way higher than the rear etc. appearently my math wasn't so good. Either way, i had two kyb gr2's and one gas ajust rear, sadly we could not locate another rear gas adjust, so all the shocks went back. I'm trying to conjure up a new idea:
280 front coil-overs with adjustable shocks (agx maybe)
Some sort of rear suspension builup to install some kind of rear coilover system, if anyone has a good theory on this one, please dont hesitate to speak up.
My next project is to put a fuel cell in place rear seat maybe like 25 litre, and to gut interior and to relocate bATTERY TO BEHIND PASSENGER SEAT.
later
jason

Custom suspension was a failure
heres what i have for the back

as far as for the front i will use the standard strut housing with a perch welded on to allow the use of ground control sleeves/collars with 450 rate springs... that way there isnt to much custom fabbing... and then i will use 8way adjust strut inserts for the front.... will be a sweet setup

Uhmmm ... if you're planning to use the car for racing, don't put the battery inside the passenger compartment. If you have it in the hatch, you'll still need a sealed box to pass tech. Check your local organization's
rules ... but that's how it is here ...
Batteries tend to emit gas, which is: a)flammable, b)caustic and c) poisonous.
As for coilovers, it shouldn't be to hard to just mount up S13 rear coilovers. You'd have to fab the mounting plates, but with a shop at your disposal, could be done in an afternoon.
