Alright I've had it with the brakes on my car. I had to replace the right rear caliper becuase it was seized. I've replaced the master cylinder becuase my pedal has been low ever since I got the thing and it was suggested to me.
Anyways the pedal is really low unless I pump it three times. The right rear tire (only) will lockup if I push the pedal hard the first time i press it. It's like all the other brakes don't work unless I pump the pedal.
I've bled all four corners of the car 4 times. No air is coming out anywhere and I don't think I have a leak. Do any of you guys have any idea how fix this. If I can't any suggestions I'm just going to take it to a shop and have them diagnose it.

No ideas huh?
guess not
Oh well looks like someone's making money off me
to the dealership owner-san
righto....
what method of bleeding the brakes are you using???
and did you bleed the master cylinder when you installed it?

he standard one of having some underpaid shcmuck to press the brake pedal whilst opening the bleeder. I also tried one of those one-man bleeders when I was by myself.

Yes

you can try a gravity bleed, just open up the bleed nipple and let it flow untill no air comes out.......was the master cylinder new when you got it?cause if it is used it could be an internall leak in the master cyl... another thing i would look for is the condition of the rubber brake hoses, they will sometimes bulge when depressed giving the pedal a spongy feel........and also when tyou bleed the brakes does it feel like the others have a blockage in them cause it almost sounds like the caliper you replaced is the only one working.....also what pattern are you using when you bleed the breaks, starting furthest away from master then working your way closer?
...I HAD a SIMILAR PROBLEM..IT was using rebuilt master cylinders[garbage]...spend the extra cash on a new one and slowly bench bleed.
anyluck???
oh sorry i went to the dealer they say the 2 front calipers are leaking and the right rear caliper is seized. Aside from that they caught my right rear E-brake cable being bad (i knew about this) They also said something was with the rebuilt master cylinder i think something about it not bleeding. I'll be confirming these things ASAP once I pick my car up tomorrow.
