ive got an 84 turbo car and am looking to take it to 200hp. i have a general idea of what i want to do but would like some help getting there.

i have heard that the euro cam is a good match for the ca18et. would like to run either 2 1/4 or 2 1/2in exhaust. stock turbo from sr20det, volvo intercooler/rad. where should i go from there? bigger fuel pump? bigger injectors? the engine is freshly rebuilt and runs strong so i assume the stock internals ahould be able to handle the increased hp. obviously i will need to upgrade my clutch and maybe my tranny. just looking for some input from the experts. cost is an issue (cheaper the better). i need my car to run like a champ, i am soooooo sick of car problems so i geuss reliabilty is important also. thanks for any suggestions!

everything except the exhuast is pretty much what you need. No smaller than a 2.5 in. Personally I'd go three. As far as the rest. It's mostly procedure you'd have to look at. (in other words the supporting mods you'd have to do like the boost controller and pop up valve) searching would take car of these. The stock fuel system can support 200hp

stoct tranny will be fine... but you need something better then the ic you wanna use.. get a nice bar and plate one.. and also get a afc to fine tune the car...and you will more then likely need a sr20det or z32 maf cause you will reach max flow with the stock unit. right now im hitting 99.7% of max flow on my stock maf with t25 and 14psi of boost at about 5800rpms...
