This has prob been asked before but im going to swap my T2 turbo for a T25 can anyone plse suggest what will need to be altered for the fueling eg larger injecters or 5th injector which is the best way forward.
A t25 is not going to challenge your fuel supply, if you want to run something along the lines of 14 psi, then you won't need anything at all.
i havea T25 sitting next to me, they are still a small turbo. Their good (efficient) at 12psi, and that will by no means stress your fule system nor engine.
Just bolt her up and have some fun.

From my experience u need to cut of a bit of your tranny. There is a small part that tuches the T25 downpipe and u cant bolt the exhost mainfold prperly. The thred on the oil intake to the turbo may be different and thats about all.

hmm thats weird i had no cutting to get it to fit. what t25 is it.. what motor did it come off of
CA18DET and the downpipe wo without o2 sensoor no hole to put it.
Ina the intalke i mant oil feed.

She wont run lean however a bigger fuel pump would be a good idea if you want to run 14psi.
yes i had to grind off a lug aswell on the tranny

I recently purchased a T25G that came off a sr20det motor and i'll be dropping it into my ca18et really soon. The person I purchased it from also gave me the s13 dump pipe (o2 sensor housing). Now, how come you didn't do any cutting on your tranny (unlike Chester having to cut a bit off his trans)?
Is it because you went ahead and used the ssautochrome dump pipe instead of the s13 dump pipe that it had no problem clearing the trans?

I guess I had to find out for myself regarding the sr20det o2 housing clearing the transmission during the t25g install. Fitment had no problems whatsoever. My vehicle should be up and running really soon. As soon as it runs and purrs like a kitty and roars like a lion, i'll post pix of her and give myself a proper introduction to everyone on the board.
