well ok i found a CA20E 86' diying under a tree on a small road i ask and they guy tould me " take it for $100" when i saw the car very close i noticed that it have rear disc brakes , but my CA20E 84' is drums brakes i wonder if i can swap it to use those breakes and part out that car , he said it runs well i was thinking i can spend 100 bucks on a car to drift with out worrying about it

well the 86 should be IRS, and you're 84 is going to be a solid axle. so yes you can but if the 86 isn't in to bad of condition I'd just use the 86 and part out the 84

If it has discs it suggests that it is IRS, your car with drums will be a live axle so you can't just swap the brakes, at least not easily. Nothing wrong with the big S12 drums anyways in my experience.
