Well im struggling and need some advice.
I own a 84 Notch, recently w T25 and i/c. It also has pod and turbo back exhaust w custom down pipe. man boost contr.
Now, at very low rpm thru to about 3000rpm its really really 'boggy' almost stuttery but not quite. Once on boost its fine and pulls nicley but for every day traffic driving its a pain in the ass, because I simply have no power untill 3500. So what could it be. AFM, spark, fuel pump??
Anyone experience this? how do I clean afm? ive replaced sparks so how do I check coils and fuel. Maybe injectors... aaaargh, im so lost..
Way too much lag??

Changing coils, and at least the dizzy cap (usually the whole dizzy) makes some difference. But if the lag you speak of is turbo lag, then how free is the wheel, and how much boost are you making at peak...it is possible that your turbo is on the way out...
adjust the timing a tad that should help alot
Exhaust leak at manifold/head causing both lag and poor signal to O2 sensor, resulting in said condition?
At least I think that's what's happening on my '84.

but that would effect the car all the way to redline, whcih he doesnt have,...
oh you know what check to make sure all your wires are plugged to the appropiate spark plug.. i had 2 that where switched on the exhaust side and this would happen but once past 3k it was fine.. remember the exhaust side shuts down after 3k. and if you wired up the coils the wrong way the intake side would turn off after 3k...
