Sooo what is the mount of choice for the ca18det guys out there? I'm haveing dificulties on removing the old mount's, so I'm wondering how many people tried to get the S13 ones on. I think I may have to drop the sub frame bolts to get the old ones off.

how wiggily were the ca20s? it feels like i've got too much play on the drivers side. I'm thinkin about filling the mount with urathane.

Mine werent wiggly. Just old and tacky.

Dont go too dodgy on the mount, dont want to stuff up a mount while your engine is in and running :dontknow:

Goodluck with it!

I say trash the old s12 mounts, they are of horible design, use the s13 nismo mount (really just s15 mount) or CUSCO mounts, Cusco mounst are awesome, Polyurethane and tension adjustable. They are around $200 and i can score them if need be.

Now i know the old mount is royal one to get of, Cutting a box wrench in half works pretty well, but dont tourture your'eself with taking the subframe off.
