FJ20ets' are rare down here to, they aren't really sought after for anything except drag cars, the only cars i have seen them in lately are DR30s and some 1600s (datsun bluebird/510) that were converted a few years ago before the SR20DET swap became common.

Yeah decided against it because of lack of parts....(stock parts that is) Anything breaks I'd be SOL.....
Oh well I guess The SR will have to do......SC61 anyone?

Can you source any manifolds where you are? Finding them here is tough if not impossible.

i have heard that the fj ones (manifolds) were designed to have the engine sitting flat instead of their normal 15 degree slant, so running carbs is no good on a slant as the fuel bowls are not level! ok for efi though...

good luck gettin the fj24 parts rare as shit.i can get fj parts no prob cause my neighboor works at a nissan dealership and he gets me a discount. i havent really got much yet but that is who i plane on gettin the fj20et from if i can.
