Headlights settings

Hey, this is kind of a stupid question but anyways. I lost my manual and every thing and im trying to aim my head lights. I just installed some H4 conversion euro cut head lights with some european H4 Osram silverstars and im trying to aim them [European osram silverstars are much brigher, if your thinking of buying new head lights buy them. i had american silverstars before]. I dont know how to aim the lights up and down though.... I know that to aim them right and left to use the screws on the housing to the left or right, depending on which side your looking at them. I tryed the screws to the bottom and they dont seem to be doing any thing. My question mainly is, to aim the lights up and down do you use the screw under the light housing?

Yup that would be the beast. Ity is probably rust covered, and difficult to move, so some WD-40 comes in handy. Mine was a b****h to move, but I got it free, so it is possible...
