I tried to install my 280zx inserts last night turns out they are too tall is there another part I should use?

front or rear? The fronts should be exactly the same as the S12.

You sure there is nothing at the bottom of the strut tube, like a spacer for the previous insert? Or are you just now replacing the stock struts?

I bought a stock 1987 200sx xe. as of now I am installing inserts for the first time. I went to put in the tokico illumina fron insertd and instal the nut and I oly get about two turns before it bottoms out.

Ever figure out what your issue was with the ZX inserts, or did you just go straight to the S13 setup you mentioned in your post on the 7th?

I was trying to get ready for an event so I bought the coilovers. but yes we held them up to the tokico blue for the 200sx and they are exactly the same. soif anybody wants them 320 shipped will ST springs.
