alright for the better part of the week Night_S12 has been helping me with this but i figured i'll asked here and endure the mocking inorder to hopefully get a answer...i got NGK wires (RC-NE77A) and for the most part it seems like some of the wires won't reach...most noteibly the Coil wire...it seems to be about maybe 75% of the length it needs to be....would i be able to get away with not replacing that one and replacing the others? there's no other place in my area that has these wires for the S12 SE....
Got Ngk wireset.....got a problem
I used z31 NGK wires on mine, everything fit great, but the driver side 3 cylinders were a pain to get to, unless you remove the throttle body. You can get away with it, but not recommended
it seems it's for a 300zx and maxima but my coil wire is just short....was yours? and do you have the part number? is mine maybe the wrong set?
If they dont fit they dont fit they prolly gave you the wrong set go and exchange them
Coil wire is good, shorter than the s12 one but it works and has some play. Check rockauto. I got them from there
if you have the A/C still just feed it under the A/C it should still reach with no issues Just still will be tight.
i'll try but is it alright it's for apperently a Z31 or maxima?
z31 should be the key. NGK Part # 9056 that part number is what I use, and the A/C before I deleted it due to "Didn't work anyways" I had to run it around and under the A/C to get it to fit.
Maxima one might be too short, z31 will work
okay i'll see if i can try again...tommorrow. also is moving the coil module under the air box a option? where i could place it somewhere else?
You can move it anywhere, just make sure the coil plug reaches the back of the coil and make sure the ground is still hooked up
okay
