So we were doing the vc gaskets on my old S12 (huge PITA btw) and now that we got it all put back together, were getting no spark whatsoever. ECU is throwing code 21, so i used a multimeter and i am getting voltage all the way up until the ign coil. How do i test if the coil is really bad? Its a new part, no more than 1k on it.
Possible distributor is out,. Make sure you didn't mismatch the distributor plug with the injector plug as well.
idk if this is the same problem i was having but when i re built my motor (84 turbo) i took the cruz control off and and on the first start up i wasnt getting any fuel or spark i didnt have a vacuum line on that goes from the pump to the cruz so i blocked it and i got spark and fuel
