No high beams. In this video I remove the combo switch. I need assistance with cleaning the contacts. Did it once but no success. Wish I could do this live over skype while someone supervises.

With the cover off move the wand around at every setting. Make sure that each of connections make solid contact.
That black bridge is what moves the contact up and down. Ill see if i still have some pics or a vid from the tutorial i was going to make 2 years ago when i started doing it. but anyway the tips have solder points that contact each other when the black bridgea are raised or dropped by a slanted plastic surface below that moves when the headlight stalk is twisted.
Easy way to see which one needs to be cleaned : Re-connect the harness and genitally push down to see which contact controls the left or right high and low beam. one pair of prongs will be for the low beam and the other is for the high beams. I believe the single prong is just a ground (Been awhile since i last did this).
