Let me first say the ka is in an 91 mt s13 and I just need some help out . so every time I turn the key to the on position the fuel pump primes and stops when its supposed to , but if I dont try and start the car right away half the time the fuel pump will go on and off randomly for sometimes different amounts of seconds. After noticing at the same time the pump would tweak out (after not changing the keys position ) I heard a relay click. My ecu is exposed so i can see the red power light and so when I first get the keys in the ign and it primes the power goes out from ecu and the light will only come on whenever the fuel pump comes on (tweaks out)as if I set the keys back (and the car won't start , probably BC no power to ecu at certain times).also car does run and there is no fender harness damage

PS my efi harness on the inside of the car aka the fatter braid of wires that meet into the blue ecu clip ,when I move both of them I can make the relay click and fuel pump comes on if I hold em in the right position with the keys on
