So while it idles its fine nothing happens, but when my car revs it starts to shake. When I drive it, it shakes bad between 2 grand and 5and a half. When I let off the gas and put it in neural down the high way it stops shaking. So my guess is it shakes under a load. Dose any one have any bright ideas on this?? At first I thought motor mount, so I put a big ass tie down strap on it to see if it would reduce it out a little bit and nail it down. But I was wrong and now have absolutely no idea at all. Please help

weird f@$king shake
hmmm check plugs, wires, air filter if its clogged the motor would struggle, injector connections, had to replace all 4 of mine. good luck
engine/tranny mount maybe?
Plugs good filter good tranny motor mount good and tight bolts around bell housings are tight.
something is off balance. My guess is a motor or transmission mount. are you positive they are good? they can look good, and still be bad. Both the mounts on my pathfinder were broken, but looking at them on the truck, they looked fine.
Also check that the 2 blots from the trans to the mount are tight (TheY were almost off my gray car). Surprised no one has mentioned the drive shaft yet, check the u joints for play, check the rubber center holder and check the bolts are tight to
Hmmmm fairly sure but you bring up a good point. I will try an check them a little better. Any one know of or use solid motor mounts
I agree with everyone else on checking the mounts.... Iggy used hockey pucks but the vibration was unbearable for him he said.....
Driveshaft Center support bearing.

Doh, missed that part.... i still say check it all. damn near 30 years of trama on everything :tongue2:
Cool, I'll just put it on stands tomorrow and tighten stuff down I'll let every one know
To do a good check on motor mount condition, place a jack under the oil pan and put the load on the jack. This removes the weight of the engine from the chassis of the vehicle. if you still feel it when revving, put the jack under the trans. if you STILL feel it at this point...stop. DO you still have the Mechanical fan attached? does it spin when its supposed to, and...well not spin when its not supposed to?
Just thought I would let every one know, NAILED IT!!! BAHAHAHAHAHA!!! So the problem was my hood. The hood of the car was a little bent so I took it off, re aligned the hood with a persuasive mallet put it back on the car and boom!!!! All is well, I guess it was just sitting on top my KA and just shaking away!!! Thanks for the help and insight.
