doesnt look like a crack so much to me. but...
is it leaking anything?
is it getting bigger?
if you answer no to either of those now and in the future, your fine.

yes. replace your engine ASAP. that crack will spread and separate your block from the bottom of your cylinders like a 2500hp cummins pulling truck.
no, it's fine, it looks like a casting flaw. if you're really worried and anal about it, toss some jb weld on it and call it new.

I dont know, The whole car is in pieces since i bought it. It has not been driven more then 10 feet or so since i bought it

Looks like a casting flaw to me too. No worries!!

yea man the edges look way too smooth for it to be a crack
