is there a way to check for a bad injector?

like if its stuck open or something, without taking them out?

Put a screwdriver to it, put the handle directly to your ear, and listen.

Is the car running rough?  unplug the injectors one at a time and wait for the way the car is running to NOT change.  that'll be a bad injector.  Kind of like the same way when checking for a bad spark plug and pulling the plug wires.

You can pull your spark plugs and see how each cylinder is firing. If you do have a bad injector one of your plugs should obviously stand out from the rest.

This method is tried and true I use it all the time to see what injector has went bad but here's a little tip if one is going then the rest are on the way so you might want to replace all of them....
