I found this hanging. Anyone know where it goes connected to? Or what it does?

Looks like the one that goes to your oil pressure sender.

It's that sensor that right by the oil filter.

On the pic under the yellow wire a plug is attach to the oil pressure unit.
unplug, fit the wire, plug and drive ;)
