On a Search ka

ok im going to look for a ka  and i  want something decent power i plan to rebuild but should i just get a kit or buy parts
individually?  Want some thing that can burn the tires and beat some ricers around town. id like to turbo but idk as im new to that stuff. I heard abt some ppl putting superchargers? on ka's? idk how much that cost. Im going to hopefully have around 1k  to buy motor/trans bel housing/ecu/harness/clutch/rebuild/ect  or im thinking of checking on jdm engine

A KA24DE with intake, header, and exhaust will beat up on the little wannabe ricers, and a volt-on Turbo setup will get you passing more powerful cars.

lol im prob just going to go wit a ka if i can find one and i just dont want to buy a turbo set up and  end up blowing up a used motor thats y id want to rebuild the block /internals then turbo it but im looking for a good but decent priced place to get rebuild kit and turbo set up and that
