Hey guys well I'm getting everything together for my sr to drop in. Only thing I can't figure out in my head is the drive shaft. I get the s13 front shaft and put it in place of the s12 front shaft? Am I gonna use the s12 mount in the middle? Orwhat? I'm confused about it that's it I have done many s13 swaps before just to let y'all know where exactly I'm at in experience. Any feedback would be highly appreciated
i assume your using a s13 transmission? then yes, swap out the front halfs, use the s12 carrier bearing mount. and s12 crossmember on the further back mounting spot on trans.
or you can swap bellhousings. far better option IMO. thats what im running with my sr swap. far cleaner, no cutting the trans tunnel, everything mounts up in the stock location.
Well I was planning too but that.sure does sound like a better plan. Is it a straight up swap? What about starter? Thanks man for clearing up my mind a lil

I was planning to use the s13 drive shaft but seeing as he informed me of the bell housing I am now gonna try switching the bell housings and see how that works out. Now I'm just wondering about the starter. Thank you for fixing my mistake.
