I'm unaware of any "twins". But chances are they do exisit. It's vary rare, unless you buy German, for an auto manufacturer to not use parts in as many cars as possible to keep things affordable.

I believe there to be two different connector groups for the CA20; the MKI and the MKII. The MKII having more and possibly being the same connectors as the CA18et. The MKI has less connectors, but I think are common to the CA18et connectors. Later they went to large single connectors, but our CAs have two or three goup connectors.

Out your plans to make a stub harness from the Mega to the CA connectors and just plug it in? You realize your be solidering wires to either the pin of the hole through CA connector or you will have to make a board that mounts the CA connector and have an enclosure for that.

I have an old CA20 MKI ECU, but it has two group connectors unlike the CA20 MKII and CA18et, I believe. The CA18DET is a different connector all together, same as the the KA series and later stuff.

Also, just because the connectors are the same, doesn't mean that the they go to the same respective components of various ECUs, but it shouldn't matter from the sounds of what your doing.

Chances are, if you go to a yard and shop ECUs of the late 70's early 80's Nissans, you'll find the same connectors. Problem is getting a good price on somthing you only want one or two parts off of.
