From everything I have heard if you get the s12 gr2 shocks they blow out within a week on the cm springs. I am running sw20 front shocks with foxbody mustang shocks in the back...but they are the agx shocks. I love this setup! I think that if you did the same combo with gr2s that it would work out just fine. The s12 shocks I think just have to long of a stroke for the shorter springs.

not entirely true... i daily my 12 on some pretty interesting roads and freeways here in cali the gr2's are doing just fine. ive had them on the car for 5-6 months now no problems whatsoever.

edit: i just saw u were v6 u have some added weight there so eh. if ur gonna run shocks buy illuminas or agx's tokico blues at the very least! they will hold up fine my blues are still good and i cut 1 coil on my rear cm/ssc's..... but im running sleeves now so (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

but since its a v6 arent the shock more supportive than a 4 cyl.so u think they should act the same as ur shocks act for ur car just stronger since there holding up more weight?im only asking cuz i had replaced my shocks about 6 months ago an now id like to drop it with out buying a whole new set of shocks
