Smileys And Image Links Not Working

I just noticed that when I am not signed in and viewing threads smileys and image links are not working properly. Strangely though after you log in everything seems to work fine. Here is an example of what they look like when your not logged in, it just comes up as code.

Image Links:

I actually intentionally did that to try to encourage people to register, though I wasnt aware that was how it showed for the unregistered users.

since you brought it up, I'm gonna go ahead and turn that back off.

Since I reverted this change now, I went ahead and locked this, as it seems to be resolved. (i logged out to check it myself)
