Is the rear control arm same in 87 and 85 models or are they different? If they are different, do guys know, if control arm from any other car fits?

Rear Control Arm
Same. Also same as the Z31 mk1 control arms. The Z31 comes in both 4- and 5-lug depending on year. The Z31 MK2 also come with the vented rear brakes. You can swap both arms out for those if you want to upgrade, but if you want to just replace one side, stick to the Z31 mk1 or any year S12 that isn't solid rear axle.
all 200sx IRS 4 lug are the same regardless of years, also including 300z 4 lug
SE 5 lug same as N/A 300z 5 lug
all above are solid disk rear brakes
exception 300z turbo 5 lug +10mm offset and vented disk brakes.
turbo version has a wider track width +10mm per side so +20mm wider
part of my 5 lug conversion was Z31 from 87 N/A 300z that was Solid disk.
Thanks a lot!
Maybe I can resurrect my car before summer, if all goes well!
Only early 300zx had solid disc. My 5-lug parts are off a late model N/A
So I got myself replacement parts and was wondering how do you take the center piece apart?
Do I just hammer it out or use some kind of special tool?

And do I have to cut this off and weld on the old one from my old control arm, or can this piece be dismantled?
well it looks like you already got the nut off the back of the hub. you will probably need a press to push it out. and as for the line bracket, it should be fine like it is, but you can just bend it if you need to for it to fit.
Edit. Took a look at the manual, I guess I just force it out?
you press it out from the back side. push down on the large stud you took the nut off of. the hub should pop out and you can then get the screws off the dust shield. at least thats what it looks like. someone chime in if i got it wrong, dont want to mislead the guy.
how come you need to take this apart? is your car 5-lug?
Well I got the axle shaft out with hydraulic press, but the bearings seem to be stuck.
Edit. Got them out.
