ive recently completed a sr20det conversion in my 84 s12.i sourced most of my info for the swap from this sight, so a big thanks to everyone here for you help!
its been going great until yesterday, when my mates egged me into getting the wheels going in his drive way and i broke an axle! now im looking for replacement bits and thought it would also be a good opportunity to upgrade diff to an lsd!I was wondering what would fit and if its possible to get stronger axles? its a solid rear end model which i think had the h190 diff.
any comments or sugestions would be greatly appreacited

This might help you out

Nismo H190 LSD

Companys like Strange can make any axle you want including the H190 I think. I don't know what they cost though.

I'd suggest staying with the SRA. Having owned both, I wish I still had my SRA.

If I had it to do again, I'd look at Ford Mustang units first. The 8.8 might be a bit heavy. I don't know what's availabe for the 8" as far as LSDs go. They have similar wheel bolt patterns as Nissan and welding mounts seems easy enough. Just gotta measure the widths. The FOX seems to about the same size of car.

I did a little research on swapping a rear, but pushed that back for a while until I actually get my car running.

Ford 9 inches are sooooooo cheap and the gear ratios are endless, but they are pretty heavy housings.

Anything could be made to fit and it would be awesome to have a wider axle so you wouldn't need ridiculously negative offsets to make the rear wheels flush.

you make that sound like a bad thing.   How much too narrow is a 9" in fitting into a S12?
