I'm looking for winter pictures with S12's in them... your (or someone's) S12 featured in snow or rain, or wet surfaces on overcast days...

I do not want to see an S12 buried in snow or with snow piles on the hood or roof.

Post what ya got, looking for images in full-size resolution. Post a smaller version here tho of course.

are these for the calendar? If so are last years calendar participants eligible for this category....or will it be time wasted getting the photo's in my case?

heh yeah prolly not gonna happen... I'm trying not to feature the same car within three years, so within two is definitely not what I want to see happen.

You might want to add that statement in your calendar related threads. I haven't seen anything so far stating that.....even in the "submission rules" part of your first post in the "2010 calendar submission" thread. It would be a huge waste of time for people to get their cars cleaned up, drive somewhere to snap pics, then find out they are not even eligible for the calendar. Just my .02 cents

Well if someone changes their car enough from the previous year, I consider it a possibility. Anyways it hasn't been a problem yet.

If it snows anytime within the next two weeks (Were already 3-4 weeks overdue for some), You can bet I can get a very good snow pic.

i would get some pics of the s12 down at the beach with a storm coming in the background...but my notch is total 4x4 roughness.

I have a great place up here in WI on top of "Rib mountain", Which is a hill......

BUT! It overlooks the city, over the entire horizon, and on overcast cloudy snowy days. will be quite an amazing shot with the city blurred out by the snow. The problem will be getting up the "mountain"

I actually have 12 good car images now, just waiting on one guy to give me full-size originals which he'll have this weekend I'm sure (I know him).

LOL, as I mentioned, those bottom pics are NOT North Carolina. That's my parents' house in Buffalo, NY. Christmas 2001. 7 feet in two days. I never saw anything like it.

It does not snow like that in NC. Not even the mountains get that much, and here in Raleigh it never snows more than an inch or two a couple times a year, and some years not at all. Those top pics are from Raleigh, and that's about all we ever see.

With the weather like it has been all over, I'd expect to see a bunch of new winter S12 pics. Here in Raleigh they predicted an inch of accumulation overnight, closed schools, etc. I woke up this morning to bright sunshine and not a trace of snow on the ground.

The bakeries and dairy farmers must love this stuff. At Food Lion yesterday, the milk and bread shelves were nearly empty.
