Neutral Saftey Switch

how do i bypass this to get my car to start were prolly gonna be 5spding my car this week. i was told i can just not hook it up at all and it will start fine because i heard u only need to bypass this switch if i was using a 5spd ecu.... ill be retaining my auto ecu so how would i got about that. yes i searched i found little or nothing that helps. i am also a mk2 car if that helps thanks!

Phisherman09when i did my 18det swap on my auto 20e car i just spliced the two neutral safety switch wires together, dunno if it matter or not,but the car stops

it shouldnt matter though because the ecu doenst control any part of the starting system actually.

the switch is on the trans.

I don't have anything on my trans hooked up except the speedo signal.

Car works and starts fine.  (This is on a ca18det with a ca18et tranny tho...)...

ps: I have no reverse lights now heh.
