i just wondering if the ca18de flywheel will work on the det i lost mine some where so i bought one so i hope it will work so let me know if it will thanx

what car does the ca18de come in that is rear wheel drive i didnt know so i bought a flywheel and it is to small so if you could tell me what car i might be able to find one unless somebody els has one they will sell

yeah been there, done that, still undecided if its worth the hastle. sometimes the swap doesnt go, there seams to be a variance in the clearances, some people it works for smoothly, others have been complaining about having starter alignment problems, which include grinding and not catching.
has worked fine for me both times i have done it.
if you use a flywheel/clutch combo like the blitz i used once, you can use the regular 18det starter, and dont have to do anything in the bellhousing.

^ word. the ORC Ogura and Exedy ones also but those types of clutches are stupid expensive.
The aluminum Fidanza flywheel is the one of choice for this.
Good lookin motor btw. Dude on the right doesn't seem too stoked about it, lol.
