Weird Misfire!

My problem is, cylinder 3 and 4 is not firing. Motor is running off of clyinder 1 and 2. It actually runs quite smooth at first start up, then as you hit the throttle is start to shake really bad. I've checked everything you could think of and came up with nothing. I swapped the non-working coils the the working one and same thing. I also, swapped the sparkplugs around too and same thing. I checked the injector, their clicking like their suppose to. I also, removed the non-working coil from the engine as it is still running and no spark. Did the same thing to the working coil and got the shocking of my life! I used a test light on all wires going to the coils, they all have the same power reading. I'm using the Q45 igniter and I thought that might be it. I swapped back the old one and same thing. I've ruled out everything that can cause a misfire and now I need your help? I think the next problem may be the cam position sensor. One thing you should know, My motor is the ca18det off the U11 bluebird, FWD, non intercooled and runs a big coil pack with four sparkplug wires. I got rid of that and used the indivugal coils off the US pulsar. Now, do you think both style of CAS are the same or do they use different ones to fire the sparkplugs?

I did some more testing. I used a test light and hooked it to constant flow (+) and I tested the red wires off the coil plugs. (There are three wires, ground, battery and power from ecu or igniter). Which is the wire from the ecu/igniter. There is a strong pulse from the working cylinders. Cylinder #3 no pulse at all. #4 weak pulse and is sparking. I guess #4 doesn't have a strong enough spark to completely burn all the air and fuel mixture in the cylinder because when I unplug the coil, it did not change how the motor runs. As for cylinder 3, my guess is a bad CAS or ecu. What do you guys think?

I'm thinking it's a bad Ignitor...have you tried switching it out for a good one?

Use the correct coil packs, CAS, ignitor, and ECU, and see what happends. Maybe replace the spark plugs at the same time, as I'm certain they'll be somewhat fouled.
