I've searched and searched but i cant find the answer!!

OK let me start from the begining i have a 84 with the solid rear and i have searched but could not find any way to get an LSD in my car ive herd some people talking about the ae86 diff and was wondering would it fit? if i could get my car next an ae86 than i could tell all by my self but unfortunely ive only seen live 5 ae86's in my life so was wondering if one of you could help. also if there is any other way i could some how get a LSD info would be greatly appreacheaded so if any body knows if the ae86 diff will fit right in or with some minor mods bolt in that would help me so much cause im tired of this one whell spin BS so any info will be greatly appreacheaded thanx kevin

ive heard you can get a nissan truck lsd into the s12 solid axle, i hate to say this but if you can try to find another s12 eith irs it will make your life alot easier...

wow thats kool now by any chance do u know what year truck is the best to get tha LSD from thanx kevin

It should but check to make sure the ring has the same amount of mounting holes as the pumpkin.

Check the fender tag on your S12. Get the axle code for the S12 and check it against some hardbodies in the wreckyard of the same vintage. You might end up with a steeper rear gear ratio too ... most LSD trucks are tow package, so they need the steeper gearing.
