Hey all,
A piece of black plastic on the back of my car broke off when i was recently rear ended. Anyhow i decided to take it all off instead of have some on some off, and it looks pretty good - however there are now 4 screw holes on either side of where the licence plate goes, and i'm wondering what the best way to fill them would be? will post a pic of what it looks like as soon as i clean it up back there and get a hold of a digital camera. thx.

(sorry to rad racer for borrowing the pic)

are the hole part of the black plastic, or is it sheet metal? Cuz if its metal body filler AKA- Bondo will work, but i dont know if bondo would work if its plastic.....

nice rice....i mean wing on the trunk. You should have had the wing ripped off the trunk while you were at it. icon_lol.gif

Come on now, that pic is of radracer's car. That wing actually looks appropriate on the S12 coupe because it's sharp angles go well with the boxy lines.
It's only rice if you put the wing on a FWD car!

Yeesh, talk about a lot of hate here. Wings suppose to provide downforce and keeps the rear wheel drive cars stable. Performance wise it's a good decision.

Most people now hate it because you got all these people (mostly tiny-boppers) hyped up about "2 Fast @ Furious" crap and hondas and acuras running around with shogun and invader kits with big ass muffers wanting attention. That's where all hate and attention is going too. Hondas and Acuras are dependable rides so long as you don't turn them into something unrecognizable. Hell everyone an exotic car but not everyone can afford one.

Mine's aluminum touring wing that DOES what it's meant to do. It's less than 15lbs and it's adjustable. Lastly for looks it blends with my car. So what's this hate about wings if they do their job? I did my research way before fast and furious came out.

So before hate try to understand first why the owner did his work. Even our japanese members would want one too but their INSANELY expensive. Mine was $110 back 3 years ago when now in japan it's $400+!
I think mostly people in general have forgotten what it's purpose is and have mistaken it for what movies and car companies have purposely imaged it for the sake of advertising and profit. I'll tell you right now I'm not a purist nor am I extremist. I want something that every member here wants, a fast s12 that's worth attention.

hey hey. its personal preference. I live in america and express whatever i want. Never was mad, never will be. Not ratting on anyone, just stating my opinion. Agree, Disagree. Dont b*itch and complain everytime some says something. Everyone is alwasy going to complain about something. If we didnt, we would have a Utopia. Dont get the idea that i hate them and i hate you. My personal preference is that i dont like them. Plain. Simple. No more arguing.

On a side note. Does the hatchback use the same plastic piece as teh notchback? I have a hatchback plasic piece you can have for the price of shipping. If it is the same... Just here to help icon_biggrin.gif
