I have mine in pieces at my garage..will check the numbers tomorrow when I drop by the garage.

If you're looking for a decent technical (but not too technical) source, check out the book 'maximum boost' by corky bell. it's pretty good (but I'd still take some of the stuff he says with a grain of salt).

I have a garet torbo and I;d like to know which one is it which model.

It is from a 16 valve 1.8 liter turbo engine from a 200sx. the year is betwen 1995 1996
the marking are:
an the compresor side: 2 A/R . 48 m 24 L garrett
turbine side: garrett .64
it was made in japan UK 1352J 14411-44F01 465795-3

Yea, it's a T25...the rest of the info you already have.
Funny, though...200sx's didn't have any 1.8litre engine after the RS13 era of which the last ones were sold about in 1994, because in 1994 the S14 was already available. (Except of course the Type-X etc models that were made up to 1998 or something..only affected in Japan, so doesn't mix up the markets here). Or perhaps some importer had an RS13 lying in a warehouse and sold it or something...but all S14 200sx's got a 2 litre engine (SR20)

Sa maybe I was wromg about the yera but im sure about the engine
