Ive heard of a company in the U.K. that makes cams for the CA18ET and CA20E,Piper Camshafts.Ive heard good stuff about them, but don't know the specs. Can anyone give their ideas or experience with them?Does anyone know the specs?Ive emailed them, but never get any response.I've heard that they make more than one cam, mild and race version, but I'm not sure.I know the guy that used to run the silvia shrine used one in his CA18ET to get over 300hp,but he couldnt give me much info either.Any replies are appreciated.

i got mine through my friends motor sport tuning company but the number for piper is as follows
(44)1233500200
part number for nissan silvia s12 turbo #446 EVEN
hope it helps
oh when you fit it replace valve springs - dont go for uprated you can just have new ones shot peened to de stress them!
WELL actualy it gives 20 - 25 hp extra at STANDARD boost levels over the standard european cam.
I run 15 / 16 psi so when all is back on tomorrow ( and after ive properly run the lil bugger in well see.
my best ever mod has been the addition of a nitrous system from highpower nitrous systems in England ( they ship all over the world and have powered some of the fastest vehicles on the planet)
I run 100 bhp nitrous with a progressive controller which is awesome!!
The clutch slips in 4th and 5th at over 100 mph!! but pulls in every gear as though your in 2nd!
new clutch is here though so the power will get down.

dont be scxared by nos horror stories these systems are totally safe and garaunteed.
do it you know you wanna

Damn dude, it sounds like your car is gonna be hella fast, like the way I envisioned an S12, a true sprinter! What type of racing are you interested in? Have you ever taken it to a dragstrip? I wonder how it will pull down the 1/4 after you add the cam...

well, buying a bare chassis has it's advantages, such as you'll be able to build it up right from the ground up.

Could someone post exact specs of the cam? like the duration and lift?
And what is the company that sells these? How much does it cost? Do they have a website?

Yes, I am about ready to buy a cam for my car, too (updating this thread, I do in fact have a CA18ET S12 now).

The 270º profile sounds just like the cam from Colt Cams, which is a regrind on the ca18et cam. For anyone in North America, these guys are in Western Canada, for like $160 Cdn ... ($100 USd)
