I saw a mechanic fitting these to a landcruiser today and thought they would be a great idea for drifting and drag racing, what does everyone think?

wouldn't those heat up from drifting? They are designed for rock crawling and mud boggin were there isn't as much force aplied to them as there would be drifting.

for the money it would take to get one into our cars you're better off getting a z31 lsd

But I already have a sloppy r200 rsx lsd,and how would it be less durable than flimsy clutch packs?have a read of the Q&A and it mentions use in circle track and dragracing

I don't under stand how it would be good for auto cross if it unlocks in the corners. It doesn't even look like they make one for us.
