Halo 2 grossed more in its first 24 hours than any other entertainment release in history. Not just more than any game, movies too, more than Spiderman 2, The Matrix Reloaded, Lord of the Rings, anything. $125 million within a day.

i got halo2 also !!! picked it up at 1:30am from gamestop and ripped it to the modded xbox. GOod stuff.

It was crazy as hell at the release @ Bellvue square (east of Seattle near Microsoft HQ) They had 5 live bands the makers of H2 ect.

ya, it was nuts. a guy came in a $35 custom made suit of the marine. Pretty freaking sweet, but a man with too much money on his hands. He owned a turbo J30 Infinity. And for you that dont know, that is another of Nissans great designs. VLSD, leather packages, RWD, and a good size motor to go with it. 3.0L 24v if im not mistaken. This thing looked completly stock on the outside and a flat long intercooler that faced the near the radiator. Kinda hard to see, but still visible. Anyways, enough rambling, happy 420to me :twisted: and hope i can find a 240 soon !

5 kids went and got H2 the first day it came out. They actaully went at 12:00 at night, and another kid ordered it, and it was stolen out of the mail. A kid on my hockey team has already beat it, and said the ending was terrible.

If you folks are setup for Xbox Live we should get same games happening. As soon as I figure out how to change router settings.

played the french version on a friend's xbox, was not impressed, and i still think the halo series isn't that good. xbox owners flock to it since its the only fun multiplayer game on the chexbox. play a real game :laugh:

Anybody up for some team games? I have yet to do anything except rumble pit and nobody I know has H2. I don't know how you would look up spacific people on XBL so I hope someone else does.

I'll admit the replay value for halo in one player is average, yet the multiplayer goes off! 4 consoles 16 people in the new field Coagulation is sadistic. Especially with one lone sniper from the best spot ever where fighting back is nothing to worry about. 42 consecutive kills till every one went into hiding and ran to a certain point and threw a barrage of grandes, plasma grenades, rockets, and even a banshee at me and that's how I got killed.
I still say Halo is one of the best multiplayer games yet.
