Anybody ever done a tranny swap on a 200

I now have two 200sx's, one is a solid axle with a manual trans the other is an irs model with an automatic tranny. What I need to know is what all do I need from the manual car to swap the tranny into the irs car? Any help would be great, thanx in advance

i dont know off the top of my head but do a search i know its there i have posted this question already... :p
