S13 with a CA18det

I have a question for you guys I'm looking at getting an S13 or 14 coupe that I can daily that isn't a pos. most everthing I have found is total beat or the seller is sure it's worth 14k. Anyways there is one on craigslist and the seller has said it has a recently rebuilt CA18det but the car is currently not running because it needs a crank angle sensor  and that you can find for them for about 150 bucks.
Would you guys stay away from this car? He is asking 3800 obo

Rock auto has one for $185, I don't see it getting any cheaper than that.

Just curious why your on an s12 site asking about s13's lol... But i would buy if thats the only problem and the price didnt have drift tax attached to it

I'm asking because I know there are people on this forum that know much more about Nissan's than I do. I still have my S12 but after 3 years buying an SR plus close to $8k in parts I still can't find an machine shop to build the motor or install it let alone do the entire build on the car. So at this point I just want a fun rear wheel drive car that is well supported with aftermarket parts and that tuning shops wouldn't all say "We don't work on that car".

I remember those days when shops wouldnt touch my car because they didnt know what to do to.those shops are crap a shop should be willing to take on any project. Of course they have cars or motors they specialize in but a well rounded shop will work on anything hell the shop thats rebuilding my ca got his name because hes a 4g63 genius but he doesnt just work on those hez very well rounded...
