cutter67Oct 18, 2012, 7:39 pm · #56

i get Roxy back next week from body shop. i spent more on the paint than the car. i having a hard time picking rims and tires. i think something in a 16x8 for rear and a 16x7 up front

cutter67Oct 22, 2012, 7:12 am · #60

i stripped the car of the lights and everything, a friend who is real good at body work did that but i am going to paint it. i hate body work but love painting.

paint looks killer. i still cant believe how mint that interior is...not to mention you have all the a/c vent louvers too

cutter67Oct 27, 2012, 7:28 pm · #66

well Roxy is home time to start putting her together. the paint came out really good the pics do not do her justice.  now to start on all the upgrades. i have some surprises for under the hood

the color shows better in these pictures it is blue but looks black at night or in low light

Looking good!

cutter67Nov 4, 2012, 2:19 pm · #68

been putting Roxy back together. my 8 year old nephew helped me out. he wanted to clean up so he was nice enough to take all the nuts, bolts and screws and put them in one container for me. it only took me about a hour to sort them all out again

the back center piece between the lights was all fogged and rough so i got Mothers headlight restorer. i really always liked this product besides the regular polishing items there is a package that has warnings on it only to used when all else does not work.  i had to use that package it is sanding blocks. it took me 6 hours to get the lights to come out how i wanted them

Mother of god that is beautiful. Black SE's are the best :grinwink:

I've been wanting to do something about my tail light center piece, but I don't think I want to do it THAT bad hahaha.

Seriously incredible so far. I cannot wait to see your wheels of choice on it.

cutter67Nov 5, 2012, 5:12 am · #73

now that the body is pretty done its time to put my attention to under the hood. i have talked to VGBoosted about putting a turbo on it and iceageg and i discussed putting a supercharger on it. i even talked Mr.510 about a carb version and blow thru charger. i have went with http://www.dominationchassis.com/ i am going with a ProCharger system this is a centrifugal supercharger and will have a intercooler. the reason i picked this was it was the easiest and most noninvasive option. i am dropping off a spare VG i have to them to mock up the brackets and to fab new headers. i am going thru another VG that has 31k miles on it. i am painting it and just doing a good cleaning. we are going to start with stock injectors but we will change to a z31 turbo ecu and maf. we will start at around 9psi of boost. my goal is 350hp.

Procharger F-1
intercooler
new rad with electric fans
new headers custom built
new stainless dual exhaust
battery relocate
new stainless overflow bottle for rad
new stainless windshield wiper fluid bottle
new turbo ECU
new turbo MAF
Dyno Tuned

sideways_s12Feb 9, 2013, 10:06 pm · #76

Complete as in driveable?

mcFeb 10, 2013, 9:05 am · #77

mclovin this!!...paint looks great and i know its a hard color to pull off because the body work has to be perfect...even when i thought it was perfect on my Chevelle, the  imperfections pop out of anywhere!!  i had alot of corrections on that car and went through a lot of black!!  supercharger set up looks like a great choice.
