Both items are in the works. How many would be interested in either of the two items.
Powerbrace: would consist of fully boxed tension rod brackets with the cross bar just like a nismo unit offered for the 13/14 chassis. Increases rigidity in the front suspension and overall cornering. This coupled with t3 tension rods would be a solid setup at a reasonable price.
C-pillar bar- there are mounting holes for a three point harness seatbelt system on our cars behind the trim on the c pillar.. as most of you know US spec cars dont have this option, it was applied elsewhere, where the car was offered so we are coming up with a c-pillar bar that would fit this location which is actually pretty optimal.
Serious inquiries email: [email removed]
Photos of both completed and installed items should be avail within the next few weeks.
(testing waters) Powerbrace and C-pillar bars
C-pillar brace, kinda like what I've done here?

Seems everyone kinda poo-pooed my idea, but you'll probably have better luck. I've noticed a difference in chassis rigidity with it.

Should poo poo on them haters.
Are you sure it's for a 3 point? Because OEM seat belts are 3 point.
Is it for a 4 point?
Also, yes on the harness bar. If it was a bolt in affair like a Sparco, I could see that selling fairly well.
3 point in the rear? I've yet to see an S12 that actually uses the upper mount in the rear, in the US anyway.
No us s12 used upper mounts its a canadian.and austraila thing.
And yes the power brace will mimick Vegas s12 design I saw it ans fell in love with it.
Okay, So I'm confused. Is this to upgrade the rear seat's seat belts to a 3 point instead of the 2 point lap belt?
No, it's making use of those points for a cross brace like I made
Me likey. But I'm a price sensitive consumer. I'll be lurking :)
so is it a bolt on harness bar if so ill buy one. i really don't wanna weld in a bar and do the less than 20 degrees mounting stuff

Here's a better pic of my rear bracing
Something else you guys might look into making

Seat belt locks, somewhat like what CG-Locks makes.
Even though they're super simple to make, they're really effective at keeping you planted in your seat with out going with a full harness... I made mine for like $3, though I had the bolts/nuts/washers already.
^ thats pretty neat man...
update powerbrace almost done should have pics for you peoples shortly
lol that reminds me... Someone should make S12 specific limiting straps cause im too lazy hahah
I could be down for a powerbrace. the difference the Nismo one made in my s13 was rather impressive, I could go for sturdiness like that in the twelve
Yes and Yes on both! You never posted a finish product.... Don't know what happened, seems like a great idea
Yeah whatever happened to this??
BRING THIS BACK !
I agree bring it back
Well Justin doesn't post much on here anymore not like he used to anyway and he's a hard person to get ahold of on the phone as well....
Guess he's getting rich another way....
Lol
IM BACK SO AFTER OTHER AREAS THAT NEED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION I WILL FOCUS ON THIS PROJECT ONCE AGAIN STAY TUNED
Sweet!
