Well today. Bam my gf fucked up the 2nd eclipse transmission in it, well not really her fault just swapping them with more high mileage trans lol. so glad, 12m warrenty from junkyard.   So i decieded im just gonna swap it to manual, yesh she can drive it, she learned in my s12. So i can finally stop dumping my $$ in her car, and use towards a ka24det swap by my b-day in Nov. BAhh. sucks cause i cant "legally" drive  atm(revoked license) and the eclipse is on only car legal.
Sucks being a full time college student, and then being laid off.

What generation eclipse? I'm somewhat well versed in them.

Well let's see.... they've had two transmissions go out on them. Gotta be a 1G or 2G lol

I'm assuming it's a 2g non-turbo?  With the Chrysler 420A engine?  I've owned 1gs and 2gs, turbos and non-turbos.  With those 2gnt manual transmissions, make sure you only run the dealership NV-whatever trans fluid.  Anything else will mess it up.  Trust me on this one.  Mine shifted like absolute butter with the proper stuff.  ...It just so happens that I have some leftover - you can have it for a low price!

Luckily the pedal and shifter assemblies and everything else will be really easy to come by.

o ya lol already have everything but the trans ( shifter assembly, cables. pedal assembly  master cylinder)  ands it the 2g 2.0 non turbo
