things on my car that get comments

my wheels: i have gotten like maybe 20 or 30 online wheel comments...and maybe 5 comments in real life.
Lip Kit/Clear corners: Like 10 comments online....none in real life
exhaust: like maybe 20 comments online and 5 comments in real life
Pokey from pokey and gumby hanging from my bumper hook: like 3 or 4 comments weekly...sometimes 2 daily in real life...maybe 5 online

So, if you want to get your car noticed online....get some rare awesome jdm wheels. If you want to get your car noticed in real life...go down to the dollar store and buy an action figure and hang it from your tow hook. haha.

lol, its not about what IS, its about what ISN'T.

no but srsly, hes right, if you have something unique that people will recognize, but is NOT common....THAT is how you get your car noticed.  not motor swaps, not body work, but something as little as a stuffed animal from a tow hook, etc.  It just has to be something familiar.

None of my pictures show it, but ive got a [Z?] logo painted subliminally somewhere on my car.  I get JTHM questions all the time, and then questions about the car, etc.

This discussion reminds me of this prelude running around town where I live. I've always had a thing for them, the last generation. Just a nice, classy looking coupe that has aged really well imho. However, he has taken a perfect type SH, in pearl white none-the-less! and riced it out with some stupid body kit that makes it look like a fucking mustang. Its lowered on cut springs, has a giant exhaust sticking out the back and the hood is painted flat, primer black.

Fail.

oh lawd... oh the comments my car gets... Form the bozo exhaust... puzzle hood... pink steering wheel... low ride height... so many people have told me my axles are broken (rear camber), offset wheels, they have no idea what the actual car is... grenade shifty knob, pink neon lights <- Hater. Welded diff churping the tires, rebel flag plate... its so awesome.

I got a chiuaua dowsed in 50cent cologne hanging from my towhook. Helps cover up the smell of burning oil.
