Its a pistonfreak fibreglass front bumper/spoiler. A batch was made by an Australian forum member a while back when he was in serious competition on the drift circuit. No longer made.

The original design of that bumper was actually in the UK, by "Silviagod". One or two of those made their way to Oz but none of them made their way overseas to here.
But I bet Silviagod still has the mold

even if he has the molds he most likely has no intentions to ever do business in the states due to the high cost of shipping.

I always thought they looked terribile....
There's a nutter S12 in the uk and the fella has combined the bumper with the GP kit and that looks much better.

if silviagod is the one with the cammo s12, a while back he said that if there was enough interest hed do it, then he got busy and couldnt. Im sure if you ask again hed think about it

Pistonfreak made a mould up from scratch himself, can't remember which kit he used for inspiration, we definitely didn't get any English kits here, know one could afford the freight costs from the UK for something like that, (also most of that stuff wouldn't sell in Australia as its to over the top for tastes here to be honest).

the cammo s12 also had fixed headlight conversion, and he was in the states...i think his sn was coandca or something...or was it red rocket? i dont remember...its been awhile since he posted on here...and i dont recall him having a fancy front bumper.
