can somebody please just take a picture of the location of the fuel pump relay? all i am seeing is diagrams and schematics and crap like that which doesnt help me at all and is annoying to look at. all i want to see is a picture of the actual location of the actual fuel pump relay, its very simple so can someone please just post a freakin picture of it? ive searched and searched and searched many sites and all i have seen is crap like schematics which i do not feel like trying to figure out which wire goes blah blah where all i need is a simple pic of the damn thing, in the engine bay or wherever it is. thnx.

fuel pump relay
what year/ eng?
iirc the mkIs didnt have a fp relay, or maybe it was just mkI turbos...
i have a 85, ca20e. cant find the stupid relay anywhere, i just need a pic pleasseeee
What is the problem you are having?
problem is the fuel pump isnt working, and injectors dont seem to be spraying. the pressure was @ 40ish, but when i ran power str8 to the fuel pump, the psi went up to 80ish. i didnt try to run the engine for safety reasons.
it used to idle but would cut off after a minute or less. and when i attempted to throttle it, it would fall on its face. doesnt seem to be the maf bc that works, and it is getting spark.
when i turn the key, the relay doesnt click, and u cannot hear the fuel pump. the rear hatch is basically gutted so you can hear it run, however now its not.
i went to advance and picked up a FP relay and then yanked all the relays i saw off in the front and started comparing their sockets to no avail, none of them matched the one i purchased.
i went on rock auto and found that it has not only a fuel pressure relay, but also and fuel injector relay and a fuel pump cutoff relay. great.
this is why i need pictures of the actual location of this relay(s) .. the diagram in the fsm doesnt tell me jack, because it's only a logical circuit layout, and does not illustrate the location of the devices. and in the fsm, it says the relay is located up front in the drivers side next to the intake, but that doesnt seem to be so because none of them up there match the relay i was given.
so someone please take a pic and help a brotha out!!!!

mods, maybe this belongs in engine specific?
