Enough said

Having an older BMW makes for reading of the fun words a daily practice, All I have to do is pop the hood, or look at ANY sticker! It REALLY helps that my brother speaks german

Sorry mate but Cantonese is nothing at all like Japanese. My wife is Japanese and I speak Japanese, (I am an Australian of European decent). No offense but Japanese is as close to Cantonese as English!!

ahhh finnaly someone which know it. yes youve right, exept the letters.my wife can read all that stuff. I ask her bevor wow i was thinking you only can read cantonese, mandarin and english.

she laugh about me and told me there is not really a diffrence. Btw thats how i meet her. i was seeking someone which can translate yahoo and japanese websites for me.
and i found her in Munich on the Octoberfest

its nice to see someone with the same experience. I always simplify the stuff about her, since most ppl dont know the difference between HK and CHina, Cantonese and Mandarin and and and

what happen to the Mesh mags that were on the car when you took the original pic.

hotdoghogieSep 8, 2010, 9:11 pm · #64

lol... sick car. how was it mounting up the front bumper? is it sturdy? did it neead a lot of flexing to fit? i hit a lot of things lol.

falkhenwhat happen to the Mesh mags that were on the car when you took the original pic.

lookin at the wheels he has on.... it looks like theyre just on for the painting process....since theres orange paint on the rubber and shit!

man....I wish I had the equipment/skills to tackle a paint job like that! makes me all tingly in the pants just thinking about it.

Not much in the way of equipment, box-o-rattle cans.

Krylon piss-cans claim to take care of the "Skills" issue.  Just push the little thingy down and wave your hand around like some smack-head in need of a fix.

I would say he needs to wet sand the whole thing to get that, "tingly in the pants" thing going for me.

Looks good though.

Do!... Da!... Dipity!
nissan_s12Sep 9, 2010, 8:00 am · #67

falkhen yeah Kustamogen was right i just had those on just to paint and get some test drive in cheesy

hotdoghogie. well the front was ez not that crazy of cutting but yeah i'll have everything up on how to convert the oem lip kit to fitting the hole s13 silvia body kit of your choice cheesy.

i'll put the threads up on what people wanted to see how i did somethings here. when im finish with this build

Wolf Dilworth, true on the paint thing well im not using cans but left over single stage paints i had. ima still sand it down and and shoot clear cheesy

at the end the design will look like my swagga tool box haha as you can see i get a lot of time on my hands after work lol btw my helmet looks similar as well  haha

well today i added the bottom mount. i know i said im goin top mount witch i still am but for now just to get some runs and some small drift comps in ima go simple for now

BTW i have a question. has anyone just ran oil feed and return for lube and cooling OORR!! both coolant and oil for turbo cooling???

can i just run oil cooling with oil cooler and just block off the coolant feed and return???  the trubo is a T28 from a s15

the reason why i ask this is cause i know the sr20's run both cause they dont have stock oil cooler but if i just use the oil with oil cooler would it work haha sorry if my question sounds weird, confusing ,or just plain dumb haha i was just wondering. cause i know some turbos have just oil feed and return as just lube and cooling

gerrybgSep 11, 2010, 11:24 pm · #70

Yeah the Japanese borrowed the chinese characters a lot of their meanings. The characters are whats called a pictograph written language. Instead of sounds like ours they are pictures of what they mean, (even though they have changed so much you can't tell just by looking at them what they mean). They have to learn the meaning of every character, whn I lived in Japan I took one look at them, there are at least 10000, and said f$%k that I'm never learning to read Kanji, so I can speak the language but not read. (I'm an Australian so i lived with the Japanese, many people from the states live in Japan on US bases, its not the same as those bases are like little USA, so they don't experience much Japanese culture or language.)

Back on topic, re your pwr steer, Colin (Draconis) should be able to tell you how the lines match up.

BattleFairySep 17, 2010, 5:33 pm · #71

The RB is now official mounted wideeyed

so yeah guys looks like im back again

well i have some things done. since i been bz with school and work i took her for a drift test run a few times to get my turbo tuning then i did a track run and pull a 14.1 at 95 mph

well heres some of the rest of the oil pan and return line

so yeah i have a s13 turbo 3' down pipe from my girls s13.4
and one from my old s13-t so i cut mine up can as you  it would if you do the ka swap if you weld a pipe 3in to space it out
posted image
posted image
then i stretched a 3in pipe then welded it on i had to measure it. and for a good clean fit so you can use t28/t25 elbow or s14 n/a headers it will bolt right up  the measure is 3.5 in extend so you would have to get a 7in of length and 3in pipe widen both sides and make the side where the down pipe connects go in 3in and stretch the other side connected to the flange 1in heres what i mean

i painted it with 800f or temp resistance

BattleFairyOct 24, 2010, 2:32 pm · #82

thx
well serious the rad isnt that small than it looks on the pics

i would say 95% of the swap is done haha must wait till next month to order the missing parts^^

i have now my jaw wideband too which is a nice tool but require alot of read and setup but hey 90$ for a wideband including a BRANDNEW sensor isnt that bad :-)

right now iam waiting for my engine builder to remove the snaped exhaust studs. i really want finish that thing bevor i fly to Hongkong

OH bevor i forget
my chargepipe is done too __FUCK 180 bucks!

Id want my bends to be a little smoother.

BattleFairyOct 28, 2010, 2:55 pm · #86

yeah the problem was not the work it was the material :-(
70mm isnt a standart size here so he had to make a special order just for me^^

anyway
180bucks for the chargepipe and the triggerwheeladapter isnt a bad deal in germany

ive calculated if i orderd standard alu stuff i would end up in the same area

but its true i really want buy my own welder now! in the long term its just much cheaper
