could be interesting... i think seriously, if you're gonna be fooling around with engines and such, then id look at these thigns first.

Wieght and handling... upgrade-ability/aftermarket parts/replacement parts availability.

if any of them ran, could be test drove, i'd just say go drive em and see what they feel like. personly, i'd have to see em both in person to decide.

I wouldnt buy a non running car unless it was dirt cheap and a parts car, or i could look it over and track down the parts it needs and the end price was right.

Unless i wanted some kinda crazy project car to endlessly work on..

I think i'd go with the porsch.. just cuz i always wanted one, although not quite that body style/model. i imagine it handles like a dream. depends what it'll cost to get it runnin. parts arent cheap for those i wouldnt imagine

I say 300ZX. It runs. Plain and Simple. It comes with a BUNCH of spare parts, making it an even better deal.

You already have an S12, so there isn't a need for another unless you want an S12 as a DD, but I'd prefer a Z31 over an S12 to daily

Z31. Check the frame-rails, under the tool-tray, floors, radiator brackets and all that good stuff.

as of now I'm going with the turbo Z. i went to the guy with the Z, it has some rust around the A pillar amd around the top of the windshield. gonna test drive it tomorrow (it was too dark.)

the S12 is the drift slut needCA had guys c'mon the one with the home depot hood vent. red and black one.

the guy with the Z has everything for a 5 speed swap. looks like the shifter linkage to the slector on the auto tranny is loose which is why he thinks it's a bad tranny.
