S12 With Unfinished Ca18det Yay Or Nay

So while looking for an AE86 I recently came across a 85 200sx hatchback with a CA18DET swapped in for sale. Only hitch is the motor is only partially wired up. Also someone stole the radiator and intercooler and piping. The guy wants $1100 for the car. Is this a good deal considering? How difficult is it gonna be for me to wire up the motor? (I have very limited experience with wiring but I am trying to learn). Also the car has the digital dash if that makes a difference.
