the turbin housing is the part that the turbine spins inside of in the pics. the part i need to show him is the down pipe/wastegate housing. just to clarify

No that's the 'compressor housing', (front housing), you want pics of the rear housing, which is the 'turbine housing' and the turbine wheel.
