Can't Post A New Thread?

okay kiddies, if you're having trouble posting new topics the reason is to try to combat the spambots.

We've changed things a bit... The reason you can't post is because we have yet to validate you. Just be patient for a day or so and you'll be validated.

I just keep checking this thread expecting a user called Sp4mb0tM4s7a to say something like "You shall never stop us, the spambots will reign supreme Ke Ke ..//RoFLMayo".

Indecisiveokay kiddies, if you're having trouble posting new topics the reason is to try to combat the spambots.

From what we've seen, they only post new topics, but not reply. Hopefully they never do, so if they don't, then this will work.

Basically, if your post count is under 3 posts, you won't be allowed to post any new topics. When it goes to 3 posts, you're promoted into the regular member group and can post freely. I hope you all understand this is to better the community.

You may be thinking "I've got xxxx posts..why can't I post topics?" Basically, even if you have more than 3 posts, you won't upgrade to the new user group until after you make a reply.

Use this thread to quickly upgrade to the new user group, or just reply(NOT SPAM) in another thread that you would've posted in anyways.
Lets hope this works, if not...then we'll figure something else out.

ps: if you post in the same thread within a certain amount of time and nobody makes a post after your first post, your posts will automatically be combined.

This is to prevent spamming and double/triple/quadruple posting.

have you thought about advertising the use of the "rel='nofollow'"

More than likely they are using the forum for hyperlinking and pagerank, the use of this code will deter allot of people.
