Dude, I'm true mazda through and through, but I've always been browbeat with fast mazdas. The turbo piston mazduh's are definetly underated, the rotary takes most of the attention. I drove a FE3 (mazda's answer to the FJ20) with a t3/t4 crammed sideways into a GTX and it was crazy.
Has anyone ever raced against a 12v 2.2l turbo 626? My friend builds and collects them, and if my v6 S12 doesn't beat it when I'm done I'm going to be pissed. Those cars really have some balls though, 195tq stock is rather impressive. One of you said you owned one, how does it compare?

Anyone ever seen/drivin a dodge spirit R/T? Fucking crazy man, just crazy.

i have heard on the grape vine that 323 turbo's are very very quick!!! but i bet my future car either a (highly moded rs cosworth or r32 or r33 gtr moded) would whoop its ass without trying icon_biggrin.gif icon_biggrin.gif

why do people come on here and talk about OTHER peoples cars. Get YOUR retarded car out on the road and race him and then come talking. Here a group of people that build and race S12's, not people who talk about OTHER peoples cars cause they have no balls. Come back when you learn to be more mature and not think everyone is your friend.

firstly i`m not trying to step on anybodys toes so here goes

mr yellow prelude ,if you own a honda why post in a s12 website
your info lists ca20eti ? don`t you guys get the ca18det in the us 240sx
it would far stronger and far more capable of making serious power than a 8 valve 2.0.
as for my car its a fj20et s12 hatch so i`m not only quoting other peoples cars

and mr rolandgift
even if the mazda you know is a gtr 323 it will still most likely be unable to launch hard without breakage.here in new zealand evos are one of the fastest jap import 1\4 mile cars available. many street driven examples run in the 10 second bracket . the 4g63bt is well known to produce over 400hp without to much hassle.the most hp locally is about 485kw at the wheels in an evo 3 which incidently runs a 9.5 quarter. which would most likely be at least a couple of seconds faster than any mazda you know!

The mazda 323 gtr was a twin cam 1.8 turbo that only came with 150hp versus the gtx's 132.

edit: never mind i was thinking of another car

You guys ever heard of a festiva? well the B6T, which is the engine that the 323GTX and GT have, is a direct swap. can you say ultimate sleeper. I think that's what I'm gonna do for my daily driver.

EuroboyDec 13, 2003, 7:25 pm · #16

well in toronto it's already been done from some of our friend but let me tell you.
you will break drive shafts and you will break a lot more in the process.
right now he has a festiva with a b16 turboed
