TO ALL:

Many of you don't seem to put any location information in your profile page, which means when you post messages asking where to get something or if someone can locate you a part, nobody else knows where the heck you are at in the world.

PLEASE, PUT YOUR LOCATION INFORMATION IN YOUR PROFILE PAGE! We are an international club, and getting posts from all over the world is not only seen here, but commonplace. Also, as an example, in the UK, their electronics differ significantly from other countries, and they didn't even get the CA20E cars. Knowing where every posting user is from helps us all. PLEASE ADD LOCATION INFO!

If you need any assistance with this or any other part of this forum, please don't hesitate to ask myself, Chris (tsi200sx, the other Moderator), or Dan who is the site Admin.

why not make that information a required field when joining?

that's a good point. i was thinking the same thing. dan, can you change the phpbb login to require location in the profile?

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Make the profile more detailed oriented, like maybe age, location, mechanical experience, accomplishments, # of and type of S12s, ect. But of course, making it optional as some people are really private. It can be optionally and automaticly added to below the Avatar. Take the Mad Scientist for example, It took me forever to figure out where his 'Spooky Mountain Top' was at. icon_lol.gif
